I am who I am. I do not want to be anyone else. I am happy who I am. Leadership: I am a Leader Without a Title (LWT). Titles do not interest me– doing and being my best in everything I do is what matters to me. No formal authority can provide me with a leadership badge – I do it myself. Passion: I consider myself as one of the most positive people. My passion towards life enables me to achieve amazing things. Interests: I believe in the importance of a healthy life style and have completed the Ironman South Africa three times, with frequent participation compete in triathlons and long-distance running events. Furthermore, I love to capture beautiful things around me as an amateur photographer Making a difference (MAD): I believe that making a difference starts with me and I live this motto in everything I do. Every new day provides me with countless opportunities to do this. My passion to reach out to individuals, companies and communities drives to me constantly pursue opportunities where I can make a difference in the lives of people. My career spans over 30 years and I celebrate numerous highlights, accolades and achievements as academic researcher, author, management consultant, change and transformational leader, make-it-happen specialist, trusted advisor to executives, facilitator, energy maker, motivator, difference maker, keynote and motivational speaker.
